At Cuhu Crafts, each order is packed with love, care, and attention to detail. Most of our products are personalized and made to order, which means we follow a strict no-cancellation and no-refund policy once the order has been placed.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

No refunds will be issued for a change of mind or incorrect order details provided by the customer.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns, as every order is customized and specially created for you.

Return requests for reasons like personal preference, minor design variations, or small imperfections typical of handmade products will not be eligible.

Replacement Policy (Damaged Orders Only)

If your order arrives damaged, we will be happy to assist with a replacement only (not refund), subject to verification.

To request a replacement, you must:

Email us at cuhucrafts@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery

Share a clear unboxing video from start to finish (mandatory, no cuts or pauses)

Share clear images of the damage

Provide your order ID and reason for the replacement request

Important Conditions

No replacement will be processed without an unboxing video.
Damage caused after delivery (mishandling, breakage, liquid damage, etc.) will not be eligible.

Cuhu Crafts reserves the right to decline a replacement if proof is insufficient or policy terms are not met.

Replacement shipping timelines may vary based on product availability.

Non-Returnable & Non-Replaceable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or replacement:

Personalized or custom-made products

Handmade products with slight variations

Items with minor color/design differences due to lighting or screen settings

Products damaged due to misuse after delivery

Shipping Delay Disclaimer

Once dispatched, your order is shipped through trusted delivery partners. However:

Delivery delays due to courier issues, weather, remote locations, or unforeseen conditions are beyond our control.
No refunds or cancellations will be issued for delayed deliveries.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address and contact details.
